Katherine Curran, Ph.D.
Katherine Curran is a co-founder of the Minnesota Center for Systemic Constellations. She is an organization development consultant, executive coach, adjunct professor of leadership for St. Catherine University and constellation facilitator. Katherine has been trained in constellation facilitation by Dan Booth Cohen and Emily Blefeld, by Bertold Ulsamer for Trauma Constellations, and by Jan Jacob Stam and Bibi Schreuder for Organizational Constellations in Groningen, the Netherlands. She was a program committee member for the 2017 North American Systemic Constellations Conference in Virginia Beach, VA, and has attended Consellation Intensive trainings in Bernried, Germany, Sydney, Australia and at the North American Constellation Intensive (3x) in Hartford, CT. Previous training includes 2.5 years of training in Gestalt group process from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and an evidence-based coaching certificate.
Mike McElwee, M.A., Ph.D.
Mike McElwee is a co-founder of the Minnesota Center for Systemic Constellations. Mike was a Silicon Valley IT consultant before becoming an organization change agent in San Francisco, CA, where he also taught on the college level. He has been trained as a constellation facilitator by Francesca Mason Boring, and by Ed Lynch and Bill Mannle. Mike has attended Constellation Intensive Trainings in Bernried, Germany, Sydney, Australia, and the North American Constellation Intensive (3x) in Hartford, CT. In addition, he has extensive training in Gestalt methodology and body/mind therapy through the Gestalt International Study Center in Wellfleet, MA.
